Playing a round yesterday at Whales Community Park, a bad shoulder injury struck me. On the 17th tee I threw my arm out. The course was average length, majority of the holes right around 300' with the back 9 averaging 400+. Right on the upper edge of my range with my SS Avenger. I absolutely hucked it off the tee trying to shoot 455' and felt the pop. Still very painful today, probably down for a few days![]()
Played two more rounds this afternoon at Valley View Park in New Berlin, WI. I shot par in my first round which absolutely pissed me off. Nothing would go right for me. Granted I played the entire course carrying only my 171g Goblin. The second round I again carried only the goblin, and shot a -8. Much more like myself but still left room for improvement,
Being a power thrower, most of my discs are in the 171g range. I feel I get the best distance out of that. Well, today, that absolutely f*cked my round. There was a come and go, gusting wind, with gusts up to 30 mph. I was getting horrible wind bounces. At times, my disc would be maybe 150' into its flight, bounce up a couple feet, then drop to the ground. One time I was on an ace run, and I caught a bounce right up over the basket.
Got another 36 to play this afternoon so I'm about
Being that it is my first day on the site, I'll tell you guys a lil bit about myself. Im 19 years old. I live in Milwaukee, WI. I have been playing for about four years now. The last two years have been VERY frequently. I get out at least once a day. I have a total of 32 aces though a lot of them have come on the same holes. I guess now its 34 being that I shot a personal best -12 this afternoon with two more aces. All of my friends say I have a monster drive. I can throw my ESP Force about 700'.
