UnderPar DiscGolf presents the 1st Annual Dye Master Awards
ave you ever wanted to know how well your disc golf custom dyes compared to the rest of the world? Do you want a chance to win $100 Cash for having the best dye? Do you want to be the 2010 Dye Master? For the 1st time, UnderPar DiscGolf is bringing the best custom dyes together to determine who is the best.
The 2010 Dye Awards will take place between July 1st and July 31st. We will take all of the submitted dyes, have 100 + people vote on them and award a winner.
Rules:
All Dyes must be postmarked by July 31st, 2010
All submitted dyes must not violate copyright laws
Artwork is based on originality, clarity and detail
Custom Dyed Discs can be applied in anyway as long as dye is used to produce the artwork.
Only 1 entry per person/per household

This is the first year of this competition and our goal is to showcase the best dyed discs in the world so any thoughts for improvement or suggestions will only make this better.

I think having categories would be a great addition. There are a lot of people that use plotters to cut their dyes out...which to me isn't very artistic since most people don't really create their own art. Also to hand cut the dyes out takes skill and patience. Not to mention that it is considerably harder and takes a lot more time and effort. So those are my thoughts....awesome idea though. Wish I had thought of it.

Well, that’s really great idea in the perspectives of sport center and sport magazine and I also agree with DedHedJosh’s statement because most of the people do the same but it doesn’t involve their creativity.
