My 3rd (and best) Ace!!!!!
Today, at Campton hills in St. Charles, Illinois I aced hole #8. It is a 207' hole with the pin elevated 35' above the tee pad. The firwst 190 feet are flat and heavily wooded and then the last 25' are at a 45 degree angle. I used a 175 Innova Champion Orc RHBH.
My orc hit dead center chains and fell into the basket. I was with 3 other guys and there were about 10 other people watching (as the course is busy and holes 8 and 9 meet at #8's tee pad). I went crazy - it was my third and, by far, my best ace. =D

CONGRATS!!! So I am curious. Down in FL or atleast my area we sign the inside of the discatchers and the back of the number plates on MachIII's. Typically someone will also snap a shot of you next to the basket you just aced. Is this a common practice in Illinois as well or are we just weird like that. =) Also if you do...be sure to throw your picture up here with your post.

In WI (or at least from what i've seen) we just Sharpie the post. I don't think we normally have a camera with, but the next time we go out, I'll have to grab one.
On a somewhat unrelated topic, this last summer I watched a guy ace an uphill (about 200') hole. The best part was he skipped it in. Hit around 5-10' out and jumped right in the basket. Needless to say everyone there dropped their jaw!

In OH we do that. We sign the back of the number and I personally write on the back of the disc that got me the ace - date, hole, course, style of throw.

I'm from WI also. The courses around my house all have benches right next to the tee pad and ppl sign the bench.
