I have always read that the Venom was a great overhand disc but didn't want to grab it due to the fact it is in Pro D plastic. With thumbers and tomahawks I just didn't see a reason since the disc would taco pretty quickly. So I finally got a LE run in the ESP plastic. I must say that I liike the disc a lot. Thumbers are a big part of my game now and this disc has been a nice edition. I throw a Z flick for must shots that I have been going to the venom for now. I find I can throw this softer and still achieve what it is I am trying to do. The disc of course is very durable and has held up well. This disc can also be used for forehand shots. The Discraft stability rating has it at 2.2. I use it for most of my overhead shots now.
